Welcome to Umusare Incorporation. These Terms & Conditions govern your use of our Platform when you book or rent a vehicle from a listing on our Platform. By accessing the Platform as a Renter, you agree to these Terms.
You must be at least 18 years old to rent a vehicle via our Platform. You must hold a valid driving license and meet all legal requirements to operate a vehicle in your jurisdiction.
When you book a vehicle, it is subject to confirmation by the Car Owner. Payment or deposits will follow terms displayed during the booking process. Additional costs for fuel, drivers, or insurance may apply per listing.
You agree to use the vehicle lawfully and responsibly. You may not sub-rent the vehicle or use it for illegal activities. The vehicle must be returned in good condition with the same fuel level.
Umusare Incorporation acts only as an intermediary connector. We are not responsible for accidents, damage, or loss arising from your rental.
